Meet MarthaMartha McCarthy | The JCR Girls

She’s a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and holds degrees in Entrepreneurship & Business Communications. In January 2011 she co-founded The Social Lights, a social media + digital marketing agency based in Minneapolis, MN. While Minnesota winters aren’t always pleasant, she strongly feels that despite snow and ice you can still dress nice!

On weekends Martha can be found antiquing, biking, or sprucing up the vintage rambler she resides in with her husband, Matt.

Meet Jocelyn

Jocelyn Dorszynski | The JCR Girls

Jocelyn is a geek chic Advertising and Public Relations graduate of Loyola University Chicago. Her first true loves were J. Crew, antique stores, post-it notes and sarcasm.

She lives in New York City working for a creative marketing company, and is still trying to become friends with someone who owns a boat.

Becoming a sailor is fashionably appealing, writing a book, traveling the world and owning a PR firm also top the “what should I do with my life” list for her right now.

    Hello Martha and Jocelyn,

My name is Madeline and I am currently a Junior at the University of Minnesota Duluth, I am majoring in Communications and double minoring in Information Design and buying J.Crew in a college budget. I am head over heels for your blog and have been following it for a couple of months now. I one day hope to get into the social media field someday and I was curious if you ladies ever took in guest writers or would even to offer some advice to an aspiring social mediaite.

Keep on Crewing as fabulously as you do!
    Madeline
